She always knew she would become a journalist, a storyteller of sorts. She loved how when you shared a little bit of yourself with someone else, they felt seen too - they related to you and started to believe a bit in themselves.

When she switched careers mid-stream in college, she traded the newspaper biz for the teaching biz and spent the next 25 years teaching high school English, technology, speech, theatre, and more. She also added teaching at higher education institutions in continuing education.

A Google Certified Trainer, Certified Humor Professional and recovering English teacher today, Jennifer tackled author and TEDx speaker in November 2022.
